  2. Well balanced diet: Vital nutrients such vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that are required for reproductive health can be found in a well-balanced diet. Foods high in calcium, iron, folate, and omega-3 fatty acids can help with fertility, hormone balance, and menstrual health. It is advantageous to have a range of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, and healthy fats in your diet.
  3. Exercise: Maintaining a healthy weight, lowering stress levels, and enhancing circulation are just a few advantages of regular exercise for reproductive health. Exercises like swimming, yoga, jogging, and walking can strengthen the reproductive system and enhance overall wellbeing.
  4. Manage stress: Prolonged stress can interfere with menstruation cycles and hormone levels, which can harm reproductive health. Incorporating stress-reduction method like yoga, deep breathing exercises, meditation or mindfulness exercises can improve overall wellbeing and help manage stress.
  5. Hydration: For general health, especially reproductive health, it is imperative to maintain adequate hydration. Water promotes circulation, aids in the elimination of toxins from the body, and helps maintain healthy physiological processes. To ensure that you are properly hydrated, try to consume enough water throughout the day.
  6. Birth control: Contraceptive techniques, such as birth control pills, patches, intrauterine devices (IUDs), or condoms, a help regulate menstrual cycle and prevent unexpected pregnancies if pregnancy is not desired. To choose the best method, it is important to talk about birth control alternatives with a doctor.
  7. Maintain a healthy weight: Obesity or being underweight can affect hormonal balance and fertility, strive for a healthy weight through diet and exercise. A balanced diet and regular exercise can help maintain a healthy weight, which in turn can support normal menstrual cycles, hormone regulation and overall reproductive health.
  8. Stay informed/aware: When it comes to reproductive health, knowledge is power. Learn about common problems with reproductive health, signs of diseases including endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and potential treatment. It will be easier for you to seek required medical attention when necessary if you are aware of your body and any changes or symptoms you feel.
