Max Healthcare Acquires Alexis Hospital; renames it Max Super Speciality Hospital

Max Healthcare Institute Ltd, one of India’s largest private healthcare provider, today announced the successful acquisition of Alexis Multi Speciality Hospital. Following the successful acquisition of Alexis Hospital, it will now be called Max Super Speciality Hospital, Nagpur.

Max Healthcare has acquired 100% stake in Alexis Multi-Speciality Hospital Private Limited for an Enterprise Value of INR 412 Crores. This acquisition aligns with Max Healthcare’s mission to provide best-in-class clinical care to patients in Western and Central India.

The acquisition will bring about operational synergies, enhance efficiencies in healthcare delivery. Max Healthcare is dedicated to ensuring continuity of care and a smooth integration process, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of medical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Alexis Hospital, established in 2016, only JCI-accredited hospital in the city, providing high-end tertiary care services such as Organ Transplant, Oncology (including Radiation), Neurology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology and diagnostics facilities under one roof.
