Although there are not any particular eye exercises that target dark circles specifically, there are some that might help with circulation and puffiness around the eyes, which can make the eyes appear more refreshed and possibly lessen the appearance of dark circles.

Here are a few exercises that you can try to reduce your dark circles:

  1. Eye Massage: Using your fingertips, gently massage the region surrounding your eyes. Move outward toward the temples, starting at the inner corners of the eyes. To encourage blood flow and lymphatic drainage, which can help lessen puffiness and dark circles, repeat this motion multiple times.
  2. Blinking: Blinking: Throughout the day, take moments to consciously close and open your eyes. Blinking keeps the eyes moisturized and helps avoid dryness, which can lead lessen the dark circles and make the eyes appear less weary.
  • Eye rolling: Close your eyes and take a comfortable seat. After rolling your eyes several times slowly in a clockwise direction, move them to a counterclockwise direction. The circulation around the eyes may be improved and the ocular muscles are relaxed with this activity.
  • Eye yoga: To help the muscles surrounding your eyes become more relaxed and stronger, try some basic eye yoga poses. Take an arm-length pencil, for instance, and slowly bring it closer to your nose while concentrating on its tip. To strengthen your eye muscles, repeat this movement multiple times. This might also help with reducing the dark circles.
  • Cool Compress: To relieve puffiness, dark circles and relax tired eyes, apply a cool compress to your eyes for ten to fifteen minutes. You can use cucumber slices, moistened cotton pads soaked in cold water, or a chilled eye mask.
  • Tratak yoga: Tratak yoga is best for strengthening eye muscles and improving vision and memory. It helps to relax the body and mind by decreasing stress. It also improves the quality of sleep. Due to these reasons, it helps to reduce dark circles under the eyes.
