As we all know that winter season is ahead and as soon as it approaches the main problem that everyone  faces, especially women, are skin related issues as because of the cold temperature they face dryness, cracking and irritation to them. To resolve all these issues it is important to follow and maintain a healthy  skincare routine for women. Some steps that needed to be follow for better skin care are 

Skincare routine for women switch to a Gentle Cleanser

During Winter, it is important to check on the cleanser that you are using and use the cleanser which keeps your skin hydrated and doesn’t take its natural oil. Cleansers that contain ingredients like  glycerin or hyaluronic acid helps in maintaining moistures and removes the dirt.

Exfoliate Wisely

Exfoliation is important for your skin as it removes the dead cells that cause dull complexion but it is more important to take care of this in winter. As if one do over – exfoliating it can damage their skin barrier making it more easy for dryness and irritation.

Moisturize Intensively

In winter one should choose a more emollient moisturizer than in summers as Cream-based or oil-based moisturizers they give a protective barrier that gives hyderation. One should look for the products which contain nourishing ingredients to help the skin get’s strengthen. 

Use a Humidifier 

In winter we use indoor heating which can also be a trouble for our skin as it causes damage to our skin. To prevent this and control this it is prefer to use humidifier in your house. By using this we add mositure back into the air which helps in keeping the skin hydrated. 

Pamper with Masks

It is important to keep your skin hydrated and for this. It is advised to use hydrating face mask which helps in boost moisture level. Using mask that contains hydrating ingredients.

Take Care of Your Lips and Hands

Skin on Hands and lips are the most sensitive parts in your skin that gets dry easily. So to cure that it is important that one should keep nourishing them by using lip balm regularly. Through the day and similarly for hands one can use hand cream after washing their hands.
