Dangal actress Suhani Bhatnagar passes away at 19

Suhani Bhatnagar, who played young Babita Phogat alongside Aamir Khan in Dangal, has sadly passed away at the age of 19. The actor reportedly experienced a side effect from medication following a leg fracture. Reports suggest that her passing was attributed to fluid accumulation in her body due to a reaction to medication following an accident. Aamir Khan Productions confirmed the news and expressed condolences.

Aamir Khan Productions tweet read, ‘We are deeply saddened to hear about our Suhani passing away. Our heartfelt condolences to her mother Poojaji, and the entire family. Such a talented young girl, such a team player, Dangal would have been incomplete without Suhani. Suhani, you will always remain a star in our hearts. May you rest in peace.”

Suhani gained recognition for her portrayal in the 2016 film Dangal, sharing the screen with Aamir Khan, Sakshi Tanwar, and Zaira Wasim. Post her role in the movie, she featured in several advertisements.
