They help people sleep properly. They are not just delightful, they are packed with vital nutrients as well such as vitamin C, melatonin, fiber, and magnesium. These nutrients are required to improve the quality of sleep.

Consuming kiwi can help solve almost all sleeping issues. Daily intake of this fruit can help people sleep better at night. Kiwi contains melatonin and vitamin C, which are essential for a good night’s sleep. Eating papaya can also be advantageous for people who are dealing with sleeping disorders. This plush tropical fruit has plenty amount of vitamin C, folate, vitamin E, and potassium as well. All of these nutritive elements help improve the quality of sleep.
