It has fewer calories hence it is a good choice for weight management as well. Beetroot has high iron content along with vitamins A, B6, and C. It detoxifies the liver and supports the immune system. Radish being a winter vegetable has high contents of, water, sodium, vitamin C, potassium, and magnesium. It is a low-calorie vegetable that helps fight against illnesses such as the flu. Cauliflower is rich in nutrients like Vitamin C, protein, zinc, and calcium, which are vital for enhancing immunity.
