Researchers found that individuals who begin smoking early in life are at a much higher risk of developing premature heart disease. Understanding the Link Between Early Smoking and Heart Disease

According to the study, smoking at an early age, particularly before the age of 15, significantly increases the chances of premature death from heart disease and stroke.
