To prepare this drink, first, heat a cup of milk, blend it with a teaspoon of turmeric powder, and finish it with a pinch of black pepper. Turmeric has curcumin, which contains multiple potent anti-inflammatory traits. Having ginger tea in winter can help people lose weight. To make this drink, brew tiny slices of ginger in hot water and add a tiny squash of lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey for sweet flavor. Ginger contains thermogenic traits that might help accelerate the calorie-burning process. Cinnamon and honey tea is known for its medicinal properties. It boosts immunity and overall well-being. To make this detox beverage, first, mix a teaspoon of cinnamon powder in warm water and then blend a teaspoon of honey into it for enhanced flavor. Cinnamon is known for managing blood glucose levels and curbing food cravings.

Green tea can be a beneficial detox drink for accelerating weight loss. To prepare green tea, first, brew a cup of green tea with warm water and let it cool for some time, and then squeeze one-fourth of a lemon and mix it with a teaspoon of honey for flavor. Green tea is loaded with antioxidants and it improves metabolism. Warm lemon water in the morning can help people who want to shed those extra kilos. To prepare this drink, crush the juice of half a lemon into a cup of lukewarm water, and mix a teaspoon of honey into it along with a sprint of cayenne pepper. It is known for boosting metabolism and supporting digestion.
