  3. Digestive and Gut Problems: Drinking daily interferes with the digestive system, leading to acid reflux, gastritis, ulcers, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). It also disrupts the gut microbiome, causing bloating and poor nutrient absorption.
  4. Cancer Risk: Drinking alcohol every day increases the risk of several cancers, including breast cancer, mouth cancer, throat cancer, esophageal cancer, and liver cancer. Even moderate amounts of alcohol can raise cancer risk over time, according to multiple health organizations.

Drinking alcohol every day may seem harmless, especially if it’s just a glass or two, but the cumulative effects can be damaging.
