‘Sainik for Doctors’ is a dedicated service for COVID-19 health workers and has been launched at the Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute. Started by shared mobility solutions provider MotherPod Innovations, it offers a safe, secure, and sanitized mobility service to facilitate a peaceful commute for health workers. Also, it is a first-of-its-kind Shared Mobility Solutions provider managed by ex-servicemen.
Drawing on their oath of lifelong service to the nation, the Sainiks (ex-servicemen) will ensure that the country’s healthcare workers can go about their daily duties without any fears or concerns for their personal well-being. The company aims to re-skill and resettle 100,000 ex-servicemen into civilian careers over the next 3 years.
