New Delhi, February 3: In a shocking incident, a man suspected of being affected by the new coronavirus, escaped from the Chhatarpur district hospital in Madhya Pradesh, in a mysterious way.
The man, identified as Abhishek Rajput, recently came back to India from China where he had gone to pursue MBBS.
He was kept under observation at an isolation ward in the hospital after he reportedly suffered from the symptoms of the disease.
The police are trying to locate him.
Meanwhile, the death toll has passed 300 in China, with more than 14,000 infections confirmed.
